The Ariens model number is almost always located on a white
tag, about the size of a credit card. The Ariens model sticker will also have
the machines serial number – both numbers are critical for replacement parts
and warranty. Ariens model numbers are 6 digits long and begin with the number
9. Serial numbers are also 6 digits and will begin with either 0 or 1.
Pro Tip: Snap a photo of the model and serial number tag
with your smart phone. Save the photo so the information is on hand if the sticker is
dirty, damaged or missing.
The last three digits in the Ariens model number are
important when selecting the correct replacement part. The Pro Part Finder’s descriptions
will read: “use on models 102, 104,105.” The numbers correspond with the last
three in your model (ex: 924104).
